A loft-style bachelor’s apartment
A young client came to us with a dream of a loft-style apartment. Usually, this style grows out of industrial buildings — with high ceilings, panoramic windows, and the authentic history of the space.
In our case, none of that was present: it was just a typical apartment in a residential block, with standard ceilings and ordinary windows. We explained the difference, but the desire remained: the client wanted that very “loft vibe,” inspired by his favorite café.
So we created a concept where signature loft features blended with modern solutions. Less literal copying — more atmosphere: textures, colors, lighting, simplicity of forms. As a result, the space gained character and a sense of freedom, while remaining light and contemporary.
