In a world where spaces become emotional experiences, the design of the OLLA flower shop offers an immersion into a contemporary greenhouse expressed through architecture. It is not just a retail space, but a floral boutique where nature and people engage in dialogue.
From the very first step, the interior is filled with light. Panoramic windows blur the boundary between street and store, turning the shop into a continuation of the urban landscape. Flowers and plants act as architectural elements — displayed on podiums, in suspended compositions, and on multi-level shelving, forming living installations.
The design is based on a restrained material palette: terrazzo-effect tiles, wooden surfaces, and rattan details. This calm background highlights the richness of the flowers. A massive green counter with brass handles functions as an art object, while white modular cabinets with arched niches resemble a gallery where ceramics and vases are presented like sculptures.
Lighting plays an emotional role. Track systems accentuate floral compositions, while large wooden-bead chandeliers introduce warmth and a sense of domestic comfort, softening the space.
The phrase Buy yourself flowers on the wall reads like a manifesto. OLLA promotes a new culture of experiencing flowers — as a daily act of self-care. The design reinforces the brand philosophy: simplicity, harmony, and contemporary aesthetics, where every detail contributes to a feeling of lightness and inspiration.
